Deleting your Tixr account will permanently remove your personal information, order history, and access to all active tickets.
Before proceeding, make sure you’ve:
Used or transferred any active tickets.
Canceled any payment plans associated with your account.
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all order history and active tickets, and your account cannot be recovered.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.
Step 2. Click the menu icon with your initials in the top-right corner.
Step 3. Select My Account from the side menu.
Step 4. On the left sidebar, click Settings.
Step 5. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click Delete Account.
Step 6. A confirmation window will appear - confirm your choice.
Step 7. Check your email for final instructions and complete your deletion request.
Important: Accounts with active payment plans cannot be deleted until all plans are canceled. Completed payments are non-refundable.
