How to delete your Tixr account

Learn how to permanently delete your Tixr account and what happens to your tickets and order history.

Before you delete your account

Deleting your Tixr account is permanent. Once completed, you will lose access to your order history, active tickets, and personal information. Your account cannot be recovered.

Before you proceed, make sure you have:

  • Used or transferred all active tickets to another account. Learn how to transfer tickets to friends or family.

  • Canceled any active payment plans

  • Downloaded any order confirmations or receipts you need for your records

Heads up: If you have an active payment plan, you must cancel it before you can delete your account. Completed payments are non-refundable.

Deleting your account

  1. Log in to your Tixr account

  2. Click the menu icon with your initials in the top-right corner

  3. Select My Account from the side menu

  4. On the left sidebar, click Settings

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click Delete Account

  6. Review the confirmation window and confirm your choice

  7. Check your email for final instructions and complete your deletion request

Your account will be permanently deleted once you confirm through the email link.

    Account deletion is completed immediately after you confirm the request through the email link sent to your registered email address.

    Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see the email after a few minutes, verify that you're using the correct email address associated with your Tixr account. If you continue to have issues, contact Tixr support for help completing your deletion request.

  8. Will I still receive emails about past orders after deletion?

    No. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer receive order confirmations, updates, or any other communications from Tixr related to your account.
