Signing up takes about a minute. As part of sign-up, you'll confirm your email address with a six-digit code, so keep your inbox open while you create your account. Once you're verified, you can log in any time to view your tickets, payment plans, and order history.
Heads up: You need access to the email address you sign up with. Your account isn't created until you enter the code sent to that address.
Creating your Tixr account
Go to Tixr.com.
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Select Sign Up.
Enter your name and email address, and create a password.
Click Verify Email & Create Account.
Check your inbox for an email from Tixr with a six-digit code.
Enter the code in the sign-up window within 10 minutes, before it expires. Your account is created once the code is confirmed.
Fill in any additional profile details, then click Save.
Once your profile is saved, you're logged in and ready to start searching for events and buying tickets.
What happens after you create your account?
Tixr turns on email Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for your account by default. MFA protects your tickets and orders by requiring a six-digit code, sent to your email, each time you log in. This means the email address you verified during sign-up is also how you'll log in going forward.

What if my verification code doesn't arrive or has expired?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Tixr, and confirm the email address you entered on the sign-up form is spelled correctly. If the code has expired or never arrived, request a new code from the sign-up window. You can request another code 30 seconds after the last one was sent.
What if I made a typo in my email address during sign-up?
Because your account isn't created until you enter the code, no account exists under the misspelled address. Start sign-up again with the correct email.
Can I change my email address after creating my account?
Yes. Once you're logged in, update your email address in your account settings. You'll need to verify the new address before the change takes effect.
