If you’re new to Tixr, signing up only takes a minute. Once your account is verified, you can log in any time to view your tickets, payment plans, or order history.
Steps to Create Your Tixr Account
Step 1. Visit Tixr.com
Step 2. Click the menu icon in the top right corner of the homepage
Step 3. Select Sign Up
Step 4. Enter your name, email address, and create a password in the sign-up window
Step 5. Click the Create Account button
Step 6. Check your inbox for an email with the subject “Welcome to Tixr!”
Step 7. Fill in any additional profile details to complete your setup and then click Save
Step 8. Once your profile is complete, you’ll be signed in automatically and you can begin searching for events and purchasing tickets on Tixr
Important: Double-check your email address before completing sign-up. If there’s a typo, your tickets and confirmation emails may go to the wrong address.
Having Trouble Signing Up?
Check for typos: Make sure your email address is entered correctly. Typos are a common reason fans can’t access their accounts later.
Verify your account right away: You must verify your email before you can log in or reset your password.
Didn’t get the email? Check your spam or junk folder for the “Welcome to Tixr!” message.
Error: “User Already Exists” - This means there’s already an account with that email address. Try logging in instead of signing up.
