Open your Tixr order confirmation email
Click the blue Log In to Your Account button below your order details
On the login page, select Forgot Password
Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets and click Reset My Password
Check your email for the password reset message and click the blue Log In to Your Account button inside
Create a new password and click Update
Sign in with your email and new password
Complete your profile information and click Save Profile
Your order will automatically appear in your account dashboard, giving you full access to manage your purchase.
Heads up: You're using the password reset feature because Tixr created your account during checkout - you're setting your password for the first time, not resetting an existing one.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, add [email protected] to your contact list and request another password reset email. Make sure you're using the exact email address from your order confirmation.
Can I use a different email address than the one from my order?

Do I have to activate my account right away?
