If you are new to Tixr or need help getting started, you can learn how to log in to your Tixr account or create a new Tixr account in our step by step guides.
Using Third Party Logins on Tixr
Third party logins let you sign in or sign up for Tixr using your existing Apple, Google, or Facebook account. You will see options like Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, and Continue with Facebook on the Login screen and during checkout.
Available options by platform
Web: Apple, Google, Facebook
iOS app: Apple, Google
Android app: Google
When you sign in with one of these providers, Tixr securely receives your first name, last name, and email unless you choose Apple's Hide My Email. This lets you access your account with one tap and skip creating or remembering passwords.
Here is what happens when you use a third party login
If your provider email matches an existing Tixr account, everything connects automatically
If you are new, Tixr creates an account for you using your provider name and email
If your provider email changes later, your Tixr account stays connected through a secure ID
Note: If you sign in during checkout, your progress is saved and you will return to the same step after login.
Linking and Unlinking Third Party Logins
Most fans never need to change or unlink their third party login. These settings are available if you decide to switch login methods or want more control over how you access your account.
Linking
Tixr links your third party login automatically when you sign in. No extra steps are needed.
This means
Your orders stay connected when your provider email matches
Your account is created for you if you are new
Changing your provider email in the future does not break the connection
Unlinking
To unlink a third party login
Step 1. Go to Account → Settings → Linked Accounts
Step 2. Select Unlink Apple, Unlink Google, or Unlink Facebook
Step 3. If prompted, create a Tixr password to keep access to your account
Once unlinked, you can still re link later by signing in again with that provider.
Important: You must add a Tixr password before unlinking a third party login. This ensures you never lose access to your account.
Understanding Apple's Hide My Email
Important: If you already have a Tixr account under your regular email, Hide My Email will create a second account. These accounts cannot be merged, so be sure to use the address associated with your original Tixr account.
When signing in with Apple, you may see the option to use Hide My Email. This creates a private relay email such as [email protected]. Any important messages sent to that address from Tixr will forward to your real inbox.
Using Apple Hide My Email can lead to a few issues that may affect your Tixr experience, including:
Creating a separate Tixr account that will not include your past orders
Making it more difficult for Support to locate your tickets
Causing login confusion if you do not remember the Apple relay address
Note: Messages sent to private relay emails are commonly filtered to Junk or Spam. Check these folders for emails from Tixr and mark them as not spam so future messages reach your inbox.
How to Access Your Account or Tickets If You Used Hide My Email
If you are not sure which email you used or you do not remember your relay email, you can still get to your tickets and your Tixr account. Here's how to find your tickets and account.
Step 1: Check your email for tickets
Look in your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders for a ticket or order confirmation from Tixr. (Apple relay emails often land in Spam.)
Found your PDF ticket? You're all set—use it to scan in at the event.
Step 2: Need to access your account?
If you need to access your account (to view tickets, upgrade orders, manage payments, or update details), sign in using one of these methods:
Option 1: Sign in with Apple
Go to tixr.com and select Continue with Apple. Tixr will automatically log you in to the account that was created with the relay email.
Option 2: Find your relay email
On your iPhone:
Open Settings → tap your name
Select Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple
Find Tixr in the list and tap it
View your relay email, then use it to sign in at tixr.com
Tip: Screenshot your relay email so you can easily find it next time.
Steps to Switch from ‘Hide My Email’ to A Personal Email
Share these steps with fans who want to replace their Apple relay email with another email address for login.
Step 1. Create a Tixr password
You must log in directly before changing your email.
Sign in using Sign In with Apple
Go to Account then Profile
Select Create Password
This gives you a secondary login method so you do not lose access when unlinking Apple.
Step 2. Unlink Apple Sign In to change your email address
You can unlink Apple once you have created a password.
Go to Account then Settings then Linked Accounts
Select Unlink Apple
Log in again using your new email and Tixr password
Note: If you have never created a Tixr password, unlinking will be blocked to prevent account lockout.
Step 3. Update your email in your Tixr account (if already unlinked)
After creating a password and unlinking your Apple account, you can update your email:
Go to Account then Profile
Change your email to your preferred address
Select Save
Note: If your email cannot be updated, your account is still linked to Apple and must be unlinked first.
Important: The new email address you enter cannot already be associated with another Tixr account. If it is, you will need to use a different email address.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. I cannot unlink my third party login
Add a Tixr password under Account → Profile. Unlinking will be available once a password exists.
2. My email looks unfamiliar
You likely used Apple Hide My Email. The relay address looks like [email protected]. Use this to sign in.
3. I used Hide My Email but also have a Tixr account under my regular email
Hide My Email creates a separate account because the relay email differs from your regular email. These accounts cannot be merged. To access your tickets, please sign in using the same method you used when you made your purchase.
