Logging in gives you access to your Wallet, where you can view tickets, track payment plans, and resell, transfer, upgrade, or return orders for Credits. You can log in with your email and password, or use Apple, Google, or Facebook as a social sign-on option.
Logging in with email
Go to Tixr.com or open the Tixr mobile app.
Click Log In in the top-right corner (web) or tap Log In from the bottom menu (app).
Enter your email and password, then click Log In.
If Multi Factor Authentication is on, enter the six-digit code sent to your email to finish logging in.
Logging in with Apple, Google, or Facebook
Go to Tixr.com or open the Tixr mobile app.
Click Log In in the top-right corner (web) or tap Log In from the bottom menu (app).
Click or tap Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or Log in with Facebook. Facebook login is available on the web only.
Follow the prompts from Apple, Google, or Facebook to authorize your login. You'll be signed in automatically.You'll be signed in automatically after authorization.
Tip: If the email on your Apple, Google, or Facebook account matches an existing Tixr account, Tixr links them automatically. Your orders and Wallet stay accessible no matter which method you use.
Heads up: If you sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, Tixr creates your account under Apple's private relay address (for example, [email protected]) instead of your real email. If you already have a Tixr account under your real email, this creates a new, separate account, and the two can't be combined.
After you log in, Tixr may ask you to confirm the email address on your account. This helps make sure your tickets, order confirmations, and login codes reach you.
The prompt shows a partially hidden version of your account's current email. Nothing about your account or login changes unless you choose to update your email. In most cases, you can skip the prompt and continue where you left off.

Turning on Multi Factor Authentication
Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) adds a second layer of security by sending a six-digit passcode to your email each time you log in. Accounts created with an email and password have MFA turned on automatically. If you signed up with Apple, Google, or Facebook, you can turn it on yourself.
Log in to your Tixr account.
Go to Account, then select the Settings tab.
Toggle on Multi Factor Authentication.
Enter the six-digit code sent to your account email.
Common error messages

Email Address or Password is Invalid | Double-check your login details or reset your password. Login fields are case-sensitive, so make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your email or password. |

Frequently asked questions
What if I don't have a Tixr account yet?
Create one by following the sign-up prompts at checkout or by going to Log In → Sign Up. If you sign up with email and password, you'll verify your email with a six-digit code before your account is created, so have your inbox open.
What if I forgot my password?
Click the reset your password link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
What if my six-digit login code isn't arriving?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Tixr, and confirm you're checking the inbox for the email address on your Tixr account. If you signed up with Apple's Hide My Email, the code goes to your Apple relay address, which forwards to the email on your Apple ID.
What if I no longer have access to the email on my Tixr account?
If you created your account with an email and Tixr password and remember the password, contact the Support team, who can help you recover access. If you signed up only with Apple, Google, or Facebook and never added a Tixr password, the account can't be accessed without that social account, but Support may still be able to recover your tickets depending on how they were delivered.
Why should I add a Tixr password if I use social login?
A Tixr password keeps you able to log in if you lose access to your Apple, Google, or Facebook account, and it's required before you can unlink a social login. Add one anytime under Account → Profile.
