If you checked out as a guest, you’ll need to create a Tixr account to view your order, access your tickets, or make changes like transferring or upgrading.
Don’t worry - it’s quick and easy!
Before you begin:
Make sure you have access to the same email address you used during checkout and your Tixr order confirmation email.
Steps to Create a Tixr Account After Guest Checkout
Step 1. Open your Tixr order confirmation email.
Step 2. Click the blue Log In to Your Account button below your order details.
Step 3. On the login page, select Forgot Password.
Step 4. Enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets and click Reset My Password.
Step 5. Check your email for the password reset message and click the blue Log In to Your Account button inside.
Step 6. Create a new password and click Update.
Step 7. Sign in with your email and new password.
Step 8. Complete your profile information and click Save Profile.
Heads up: Guest checkout may not be available for all events. The event organizer decides whether to enable guest checkout.

Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the password reset email.
