How to update your Tixr account information

Keeping your profile information current helps ensure smooth ticket delivery, account access, and identity verification when needed. You can update most details directly in your Tixr account settings.

Heads up: Your birthdate helps verify your eligibility for age-restricted events and confirms your identity if you contact support. If you prefer not to use your real birthdate, select one that reflects your true age and keep a private note of it in case verification is required later.

Updating your profile information

  1. Log in to your Tixr account

  2. Click the menu icon with your initials in the top-right corner of the homepage

  3. From the side menu, click My Account

  4. You'll land on your My Profile page, where you can update your name, email, password, birthdate, phone number, country, and zip code

  5. To change your email or password, click the pencil icon next to the current value

  6. Click Save to confirm your changes before exiting

Linking your Facebook account

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab from your account menu

  2. Follow the prompts to link your Facebook account

  3. Once linked, you'll be able to log in with Facebook in the future
