Tixr Rewards lets you earn points when friends purchase tickets through your unique referral link. You can view your progress, referral activity, and available rewards anytime in your Rewards Dashboard.
To earn rewards, friends must purchase directly through your referral link without refreshing or leaving the event page before checkout.
Where to Find Your Referral Link
You can find your unique rewards link in several places:
On the confirmation screen after purchasing your tickets
In the rewards email you’ll receive shortly after checkout
In your Rewards Dashboard
Once you have your link:
Copy it to share manually, or
Share directly to your social channels through the dashboard
Important: Your link is event-specific. Each event has its own referral link and reward program.
How to Access the Rewards Dashboard
Option 1: From the Event Page
Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.
Step 2. Go to the event page.
Step 3. Click the Rewards button in the top right corner.
Option 2: From Your Account
Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.
Step 2. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Account.
Step 3. In the left-hand menu, click Rewards.
Note: If you’re not logged in, you can view general rewards information, but you won’t be able to see your personal points, progress, or leaderboard rank.
Navigating Your Rewards Dashboard
My Rewards
View all rewards available for your event.
Locked rewards show your progress toward unlocking.
Once you earn enough points, the reward status changes to unlocked.
Rewards can’t be earned more than once (for example, 240/100 points still equals one reward).
If multiple discount rewards are unlocked, only the highest discount applies.
My Points
Track your referral performance and activity, including:
Total points earned
Pending points
Number of referred sales
Ticket and purchaser details
Points Per Ticket
See how many points each ticket type is worth for the event.
Leaderboard
If you’re one of the top 10 earners for an event, you’ll appear on the leaderboard with your current rank and points progress.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. My friend bought tickets, but I didn’t get points — why?
Make sure that:
They purchased directly through your referral link without refreshing or leaving the event page.
The ticket type was eligible for rewards.
The purchase wasn’t made with a payment plan (these may appear as pending).
2. Can I edit my referral link?
No. Each referral link is automatically generated per event and can’t be customized.
