ixr Rewards lets you earn points for ticket sales made through your unique referral link. You can use these points to unlock discounts, upgrades, merch, or other special rewards offered by the event organizer.
After you complete your order, you’ll receive an email with your custom link and everything you need to manage and track your rewards.
How to Earn Rewards
Step 1. Purchase a ticket for an event that offers Tixr Rewards.
Step 2. Find your unique rewards link on:
The confirmation page after checkout
The rewards email sent to you after purchase
Your Rewards Dashboard
Step 3. Share your link via text, email, or social media.
Step 4. Earn points for every eligible ticket purchased through your link.
Important: Points can only be earned from purchases made directly through your referral link. If the event page is refreshed, closed, or the link is not used properly, the sale won’t count toward your rewards. Points can’t be manually or retroactively added.
How to Redeem Earned Tixr Rewards
Discount Rewards
If you unlock a discount-based reward, it will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed 10–15 days after the event ends.
No additional action is required.
Experience, Upgrade, or Merchandise Rewards
If your reward includes a physical item, VIP experience, or event upgrade:
The event organizer will fulfill these rewards directly.
You’ll receive a separate email with instructions or delivery details before the event.
Heads up:
Each unlocked reward is limited to one per user.
Example: If 100 points = 1 free ticket, earning 240 points still earns only one free ticket.
Discount rewards don’t stack.
Example: If you unlock both a 20% and a 40% discount, only the highest discount will apply.
