You can view your tickets anytime from your Tixr account. Once you’re logged in, you’ll find all active and past event orders in your Wallet.
Most tickets display a QR code for entry, but some events use contactless or name-based check-in instead. Your ticket delivery method depends on how the event organizer set up entry.

Steps to View Tickets on a Web Browser
Step 1. Go to tixr.com and log in to your Tixr account.
Step 2. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Wallet from the menu.
Step 3. Find the event you want to view and click it.
Step 4. Select your order, then click a specific ticket to display its QR code (if applicable) for entry.
Steps to View Tickets in the Tixr App
Step 1. Open the Tixr app and log in.
Step 2. Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation bar.
Step 3. Select the event to see your orders.
Step 4. Tap the order to open it, then select a ticket to view its QR code (if applicable).
Tip: If you have multiple orders or tickets, swipe through them to find the right one.
Can’t Find Your Tickets?
Check your login email. Make sure you’re signed in with the same email address used to purchase your tickets.
Payment plans. Tickets from a payment plan appear only after all installments have been paid.
Transfers. If someone transferred tickets to you, check your email for the transfer invite and accept it before tickets appear in your account.
Different account or guest checkout. If you checked out as a guest or used a different email, search your inbox for your Tixr order confirmation email.
