If someone transfers tickets to you through Tixr, you’ll receive an email invitation to claim them. To accept the transfer, you must log in using the same email address the tickets were sent to.
Once you accept the transfer, the tickets are added to your Tixr account and the original sender no longer has access.
Accepting transferred tickets
Open the email with the subject line Ticket Transfer: [Event Name].
Click Accept in the email to open the ticket transfer page on Tixr.
Log in using the same email address the tickets were sent to (or create a Tixr account).
On the transfer page, click Accept Transfer to confirm and claim the tickets.
If prompted, enter any required details (such as your name) and click Save.
Important: You must log in with the same email address the tickets were transferred to. Tickets can’t be accepted under a different email.
Tip: If you don’t see the transfer email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also search your inbox for “Ticket Transfer: [Event Name]”.
