If you can’t access your Tixr account, don’t worry, you can easily reset your password using your account email.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Step 1. Go to Tixr.com or open the Tixr mobile app.
Step 2. Click Log In in the top-right corner (on web) or bottom menu (on mobile).
Step 3. Select Forgot Password?
Step 4. Enter your Tixr account email address.
Step 5. Click Reset My Password.
Step 6. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Tixr with the subject “Tixr Information Update Request.”
Step 7. Click the Log In to Your Account button in the email.
Step 8. Create a new password that meets the security requirements.
Step 9. Sign in with your new password.
Note: Password reset links expire after 15 minutes, so use the link as soon as you receive it.

Having Trouble Resetting Your Password?
Make sure your email address is typed correctly, with no extra spaces before or after it.
If you have a new account that hasn't been confirmed yet, you'll need to find your "Welcome to Tixr!" email and verify your account before resetting your password.
If you haven't received the reset password email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
