Resetting your password
Go to Tixr.com or open the Tixr mobile app
Click Log In in the top-right corner (on web) or bottom menu (on mobile)
Select Forgot Password?
Enter your Tixr account email address
Click Reset My Password
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Tixr with the subject "Tixr Information Update Request"
Click the Log In to Your Account button in the email
Create a new password that meets the security requirements
Sign in with your new password
Important: Password reset links expire after 15 minutes. Use the link as soon as you receive it to avoid needing to request a new one.
