How to Set Up or Update Your Resale Payout Information

When your ticket sells through Resale, funds are sent to your payout account 3–5 days after the event ends. You must have a payout account and a saved credit card on file. The credit card is used only if a refund needs to be processed after you’ve already received your payout.

Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account at Tixr.com.

Step 2. Click your initials in the top right corner.

Step 3. Select Wallet from the dropdown menu.

Step 4. Tap the Resale Listings badge on an event card, or open the event and tap the purple Listings button.

Step 5. Tap Set Up Payout Account and follow the prompts to enter your banking information.

Step 4. Click the Payouts tab on the left side.

Step 5. Click Set Up Payout Account and follow the prompts to update your information.

• You’ll receive your payout 3–5 days after the event ends.

• Payments are sent to the banking account you set up in your Payouts tab.

• If a refund is issued after you’ve already been paid for your resale, Tixr will process the refund using the credit card saved to your account.

1. What happens if I forget to set up my payout account before my ticket sells?

You’ll receive an email reminder with a link to complete your payout setup before funds are released.

2. Can I change my payout account after my ticket sells?

Yes. You can update your payout details at any time before the event ends.

3. Why do I need a saved credit card if I’m being paid to my bank account?

It’s used only for post-event refunds to ensure funds can be returned to the original buyer if needed.
