How to manage or delete your resale listing

Learn how to update your ticket price, remove a listing, or use your ticket if it hasn't sold yet.

Once you've listed your tickets for resale, you can manage your listings directly from your Tixr account. You have full control to change your ticket price at any time before it sells, or remove the listing entirely if you decide to keep your ticket and attend the event yourself.

Heads up: The ticket quantity cannot be changed after a listing is created. If you need to adjust how many tickets you're selling, you'll need to remove the listing and create a new one.


​Accessing your listings

  1. Log in to your Tixr account at Tixr.com

  2. Click your initials in the top right corner

  3. Select Wallet from the dropdown menu

  4. Click the purple Resale Listings badge on the event card, or open the event and tap the purple Listings button

Changing the price

  1. Locate the listing you want to edit

  2. Click the blue Edit icon next to the current price

  3. Enter your new price

  4. Click Set Price to save your changes

Removing a listing

  1. Find the listing you want to remove

  2. Click the three-dot menu icon next to it

  3. Select Remove Listing

  4. Confirm your decision when prompted

Once removed, your ticket will return to your Wallet, where you can still use it to attend the event or transfer it to someone else.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Can I still use my ticket if it's listed for resale?

    Yes. As long as your ticket hasn't sold, it remains active in your account and you can use it to attend the event. You can remove the listing at any time before it sells.

  2. What happens to my listing if I upgrade, transfer, or refund my ticket?

    Your listing will be automatically removed if you upgrade your ticket, transfer it to someone else, or request a refund. These actions take priority over active resale listings.

  3. Will I be notified if my ticket sells?

    Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation when your ticket sells, along with details about your payout and timing.

  4. Can I change how many tickets are in my listing?

    No. The ticket quantity cannot be modified after a listing is created. If you need to sell a different number of tickets, remove your current listing and create a new one with the desired quantity.

  5. Why can't I edit or cancel my listing?

    The most common reason is that your tickets have already sold. Once a sale is complete, the listing cannot be modified or canceled. Check your email for a sale confirmation if you're unsure of your listing status.

  6. How quickly will my price change take effect?

    Price changes are applied immediately after you click Set Price. Your listing will appear with the new price right away for potential buyers to see.
