Once you’ve listed your tickets for Resale, you can manage your listings directly from your Tixr account. You can:
Update pricing - Change the price of your ticket at any time before it sells.
Cancel listings - Remove your ticket from Resale if you decide to keep it.
Use the ticket yourself - If it hasn’t sold, you can still attend the event with it.
Note: The ticket quantity cannot be changed after a listing is created.
Steps to Manage Your Listing
Accessing Your Listings
Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account at Tixr.com.
Step 2. Click your initials in the top right corner.
Step 3. Select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
Step 4. Click the purple Resale Listings badge on the event card, or open the event and tap the purple Listings button.
Changing the Price
Step 1. Locate the listing you want to edit.
Step 2. Click the blue Edit icon next to the current price.
Step 3. Enter your new price.
Step 4. Click Set Price to save your changes.
Tip: Adjusting your price can help your ticket sell faster if similar listings are priced lower.
Removing a Listing
Step 1. Find the listing you want to remove.
Step 2. Click the three-dot menu icon next to it.
Step 3. Select Remove Listing.
Step 4. Confirm your decision when prompted.
Once removed, your ticket will return to your Wallet, where you can still use or transfer it.
Having Trouble Managing Your Listing?
Ensure your tickets haven’t sold yet — sold listings can’t be modified or canceled.
Your listing will be automatically removed if you:
Upgrade your ticket
Transfer your ticket
Request a refund
