When someone transfers tickets to you through Tixr, you’ll receive an email invitation to accept them. You must log in using the same email address the tickets were sent to in order to claim them.
Once accepted, the tickets are officially yours and the original sender no longer has access.
Steps to accept the transferred tickets
Step 1. Open the email with the subject line Ticket Transfer: [Event Name].
Step 2. Click Accept in the email to be redirected to Tixr.
Step 3. Log in to your existing Tixr account, or click Sign Up to create one.
Step 4. Click Accept again to claim your tickets.
Step 5. If prompted, complete your profile and click Save.
You must log in with the same email address the tickets were transferred to. Tickets can’t be accepted under a different email.
Tip: If you don’t see the transfer email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also search your inbox for “Ticket Transfer: [Event Name]”.
