How to view and cancel your transfer offers

Learn how to view or cancel a pending Tixr transfer offer before the recipient accepts it.

You can manage pending transfer offers directly from your Wallet on the Tixr website or mobile app.

Heads up: Once a recipient accepts the transfer, it can no longer be canceled.

Viewing or canceling a transfer offer

  1. Log in to your Tixr account

  2. Access your Wallet:

    • On web browser: Click your initials in the upper right corner, then select Wallet from the dropdown menu

    • On mobile app: Tap Wallet in the bottom menu

  3. Find the event with the pending transfer offer

  4. Tap or click Transfer

  5. Select Recipients in the transfer window

  6. Find the recipient's email address

  7. Click Cancel Offer if the transfer has not been accepted yet

After you cancel the offer, the ticket will return to your Wallet immediately. You can then choose to resend the transfer or keep the ticket for yourself.

    The ticket returns to your Wallet immediately. You can choose to resend the transfer to the same person, transfer it to someone else, or keep the ticket for yourself.

  2. What if my friend did not receive the transfer email?

    Have them check their spam or junk folder for an email from Tixr. You can also resend the invitation by opening the Recipients list and selecting Resend.

  3. Can I transfer the ticket to someone else instead?

    Yes. Once the original offer is canceled, you can start a new transfer by selecting Transfer again and entering a different email address.

  4. How long does the recipient have to accept the transfer?

    Transfer offers do not expire automatically. The offer will remain pending until the recipient accepts it or you cancel it.

  5. Will the recipient be notified if I cancel the transfer?

    No. The recipient will not receive a notification when you cancel a pending transfer offer. If you want to let them know, you will need to contact them directly.
