You can easily manage pending transfer offers directly from your Wallet on the Tixr website or mobile app.
Steps to View or Cancel a Transfer Offer
Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.
Step 2. Access your Wallet:
On Web Browser: Click your initials in the upper right corner, then select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
On Mobile App: Tap Wallet in the bottom menu.
Step 3. Find the event with the pending transfer offer.
Step 4. Tap or click Transfer.
Step 5. Select Recipients in the transfer window.
Step 6. Find the recipient’s email address.
Step 7. Click Cancel Offer if the transfer hasn’t been accepted yet.
Important: Once a recipient accepts the transfer, it can no longer be canceled.

1. What happens after I cancel a transfer offer?
The ticket will return to your Wallet immediately. You can choose to resend the transfer or keep the ticket for yourself.
2. What if my friend didn’t receive the transfer email?
• Have them check their spam or junk folder for an email from Tixr.
• You can also resend the invitation by opening the Recipients list and selecting Resend.
3. Can I transfer the ticket to someone else instead?
Yes. Once the original offer is canceled, you can start a new transfer by selecting Transfer again and entering a different email address.
