Renewing your season tickets

Learn how to renew your season ticket subscription using the direct link sent by your event organizer.

Season ticket renewals are time-sensitive and managed directly by your event organizer. Each season, eligible fans receive a renewal email with a direct link to complete their purchase. If you don't complete your order before the expiration date included in your email, you may lose your reserved seats or be subject to updated pricing.

Important: Renewals are configured and managed by the event organizer, not Tixr. Questions about eligibility, pricing, or renewal policies should be directed to your event organizer.

Renewing your season tickets

  1. Open the season renewal email from [email protected]

  2. Click the Buy Now link in the email—this will automatically add your previously held seats to your cart and take you directly to checkout

  3. Log in to your Tixr account or create one to complete your purchase

  4. Review your cart and complete checkout to finalize your renewal

Heads up: Your confirmation email is not your ticket. You'll need to log in to your Tixr account to view and access your tickets for each event as they become available.

Tip: Add [email protected] to your contact list to ensure renewal emails don't go to spam.

Steps to Renew Season Tickets

Step 1. Open the season renewal email from [email protected].

Step 2. Click the Buy Now link in the email. This will:

  • Automatically add your previously held seats to your cart

  • Take you directly to checkout

Step 3. Log in to your Tixr account or create one to complete your purchase.

Step 4. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Note: Your confirmation email is not your ticket. You’ll need to log in to your Tixr account to view and access your tickets for each event.

Can't find your renewal email?

If you don't see your renewal email or the link isn't working:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for emails from [email protected]

  • Confirm your eligibility - only fans with season ticket renewal offers from the organizer will receive the email

  • Verify your link hasn't expired - once the expiration date has passed, the renewal offer is no longer active

  • Try a different browser or device - if the page doesn't load, refresh or open the link on another browser
