Navigating your Event Dashboard in the Tixr app

Learn how to find event details, manage your orders, and take action on your tickets — all from one place in your wallet.

Your Event Dashboard is a dedicated hub inside your Tixr Wallet that brings together everything related to a specific event: venue info, performers, gallery photos, your order details, and quick actions for managing your tickets. Instead of bouncing between the event page and your order history, you can find and do everything from a single screen.

Heads up: The updated Event Dashboard is currently available in the Tixr app. The updated view on mobile web and desktop is coming soon.

Finding your Event Dashboard

  1. Open the Tixr app and tap Wallet in the navigation bar.

  2. Tap the event you want to manage.

Your Event Dashboard loads with event information at the top and your orders below.

Viewing event information

The dashboard surfaces key event details in dedicated sections so you can scan quickly without hunting for information. Depending on how the event organizer has configured their event, you may see:

  • Event info — date, time, and a description of the event

  • Media and gallery — photos and videos associated with the event

  • Performers — headliner and supporting artist info

  • Venue — address and location details

  • Contact and support — the organizer's website, support email, and phone number

  • Terms — event-specific terms and policies

Heads up: Not every section appears for every event. The organizer controls which content is configured, so some sections may not be present.

Managing your orders

Your orders appear below the event information under Your Orders. Each order card shows:

  • An order badge and status

  • Purchase date and time

  • Order ID

  • Number of items

  • A View Order link for full order details

Accessing order-level actions

Depending on your order type, one of the following quick actions may appear directly on the order card:

  • Manage Transfer — appears on orders eligible for ticket transfers

  • Manage Waitlist — appears on waitlist orders

  • Manage Payment Plan — appears on orders with an active payment plan

Tap the action to open that management flow directly. If none of these buttons appear, your order is not currently eligible for those actions.

Taking action on specific tickets

For more granular control, you can act on individual tickets within an order.

  1. On your order card, tap View Order to open the order details.

  2. Scroll to your ticket list under Your Items.

  3. Use the filter tabs to show only the tickets eligible for a specific action — Upgradeable, Transferrable, Sellable, or Returnable.

  4. Select the tickets you want to act on.

  5. Tap the blue action button (for example, Transfer 2 items) to launch that flow with your selected tickets pre-loaded.

Tip: Filters only appear when at least one ticket in your order qualifies for that action. If a filter tab isn't showing, none of your tickets are currently eligible for it.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Do I need a Tixr account to see my Event Dashboard? You need to be signed into your Tixr account to access your wallet and Event Dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, you won't have wallet access until you create a Tixr account.

  2. Why don't I see the "Manage Transfer," "Manage Waitlist," or "Manage Payment Plan" buttons on my order? Those buttons only appear when your order qualifies for that action. Transfer and resale eligibility is set by the event organizer. If a button isn't showing, your order may not be eligible, or the window for that action may have closed.

  3. Why isn't a section like Gallery or Performers showing up on my dashboard? Those sections only appear when the event organizer has added that content. If a section is missing, the organizer hasn't configured it for this event.

  4. The filter tabs in my ticket list aren't showing. Is something wrong? No — filter tabs only appear for actions your tickets are currently eligible for. If you don't see Transfer, Sell, Upgrade, or Return for Credits, your tickets don't qualify for those actions under the organizer's current settings.

  5. When will the updated Event Dashboard be available on desktop and mobile web? The updated dashboard is currently live in the Tixr app. Support for mobile web and desktop is coming soon.
