Sections of a Tixr Event Page
Event Description
Scroll below the ticket options to find a complete description of the event. This section often includes:
A summary of what to expect at the event
Any age restrictions or entry requirements
A countdown to the event start date
Event Location
Just below the description, you’ll see the Location section. Here, you’ll find the venue’s address and, in many cases, a link to open the location directly in Google Maps.
Follow Button
Click Follow to stay updated on an event without making a purchase. Following an event lets organizers know you’re interested and helps you receive updates if new tickets are released.
Terms and Contact Information
At the bottom of the event page, you’ll find the Terms section and Contact Information for the event organizer. This includes refund or transfer policies and a way to reach out if you have specific questions about the event.
Finding Ticket or Package Details
For Tickets:
Hover over a ticket option and click More Info to view what’s included or restricted for that ticket type.
For Hotel Packages:
Click More Info beneath the package name to view the full details of your stay and inclusions.
