Viewing and Understanding Your Season Tickets

Learn where to find your season tickets in your Tixr Wallet and how they’re displayed for each event.

Season tickets give you access to multiple events under one package. However, in your Tixr Wallet, each event appears individually — not as a single grouped pass. This makes it easy to view, transfer, or manage each ticket separately.

Understanding Your Season Tickets

  • Each event has its own ticket. You’ll receive a unique QR code and entry method for every event in your package.

  • Season Pass labels identify which tickets belong to your season package.

  • Delivery methods may vary. Some events use mobile QR codes, while others may offer print-at-home or wristband options.

  • Transfers and resales apply per event. You can only transfer or resell eligible tickets individually, not the full season package.

Heads up: The ability to transfer or resell your season tickets depends on the event organizer. If you don’t see Transfer or Sell options, those features may not be available for your event.

Steps to View Your Season Tickets

Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.

Step 2. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Wallet.

Step 3. Find your season package — each event in your package will appear as a separate event card labeled Season Pass.

Step 4. Click any event card to view ticket details, transfer options, or delivery information.

Tip: Use the search bar in your Wallet to quickly find a specific event within your season.

Steps to View Your Season Ticket Receipt

Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.

Step 2. Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Account.

Step 3. Review your list of orders. You’ll see:

  • One order for your full season package.

  • Individual event orders are listed separately in your Wallet.

Step 4. Click the season package order to view or print your receipt.

1. Why don’t I see all my events grouped under one pass?

Each event appears separately to make it easier to manage tickets, transfers, and scanning at entry.

2. Can I transfer my entire season package?

No. Only individual event tickets can be transferred if transfers are enabled by the organizer.

3. How do I know which events are part of my season pass?

Each event card in your Wallet will display a Season Pass label and match your original season package details.

4. Can I change my seat for a single event?

Seats remain the same across your season package. To request a change, contact the event organizer directly.
