Adding tickets to your phone’s wallet lets you access them quickly at the venue, without searching through emails or logging in at the door. You can add eligible tickets using the Tixr app or by logging in at tixr.com on your mobile device.
Adding tickets to your mobile wallet
Open the Tixr app or visit tixr.com on your mobile device.
Log in using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Open your Tixr Wallet:
Mobile web browser: Tap your initials in the upper-right corner, then select Wallet.
Tixr app: Tap Wallet in the bottom menu.
Select the event you want to access.
Tap the order that contains your tickets.
Scroll to the ticket QR codes, then tap Add to Wallet.
When prompted, tap Add to confirm.
Repeat the process for each ticket in the order.
Important: Tickets must be added individually. Scroll through the order to add each ticket one at a time.
Heads up: Not all tickets are eligible for mobile wallet delivery. Ticket delivery methods are set by the event organizer.
