Adding your digital tickets to your phone’s wallet makes event entry faster and more convenient. You can do this directly from the Tixr app or by visiting Tixr.com on your mobile device.
Steps to Add Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet
Step 1. Open the Tixr app or visit Tixr.com on your mobile device.
Step 2. Log in using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Step 3. Access your Wallet:
On Web Browser: Tap your initials in the upper right corner, then select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
On Mobile App: Tap Wallet in the bottom menu.
Step 4. Find and tap the event you want to access.
Step 5. Tap the specific order containing your tickets.
Step 6. Tap Add to Wallet when you see the QR codes.
Step 7. When prompted, confirm by tapping Add.
Step 8. Repeat the process for each ticket in your order.
Tickets must be added individually. Scroll through your order to add each one.
Heads up: Not all tickets are eligible for mobile wallet delivery. Ticket delivery methods are set by the event organizer.
Having Trouble Adding Tickets to Your Wallet?
If you don’t see the “Add to Wallet” button:
Your ticket may not be eligible for wallet delivery.
Confirm you’re logged in with the same email used for your ticket purchase.
