Order Protection gives you extra peace of mind if something unexpected comes up and you can’t make it to the event.
It’s an optional add-on available at checkout, provided by a trusted third-party partner, Teak.
Order Protection helps cover you in certain qualifying situations, but it can’t be used for ticket exchanges, upgrades, or in cases of event changes, postponements, or cancellations.
Order Protection must be included at the time of purchase and cannot be added later. You can, however, cancel it within 14 days of purchase if the event hasn’t yet taken place.
What Does Order Protection Cover?
Order Protection covers specific qualifying scenarios, such as:
• Personal illness or injury
• Transportation disruptions
• Family emergencies
