  • On Web Browser: Click your initials in the upper-right corner, then select Wallet from the dropdown menu.

  • On Mobile App: Tap Wallet in the bottom menu.

Step 3. Find the event and open your order.

Step 4. Click the Payment Plan button.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if my card declines?

Tixr will automatically retry your card:

  • 5 days after the failed payment

  • 10 days after the first missed payment

If both retries fail, contact Tixr Support to have the charge manually reprocessed.

2. How will I know if I missed a payment?

You’ll receive an automated email notification if a payment is declined.

Tip: Add Tixr to your safe senders list so these alerts don’t go to spam.

3. How long do I have before my order cancels for a past-due balance?

If three payment attempts fail, your order may be canceled at the event organizer’s discretion.

4. Can I split a single installment between multiple cards?

No. Each installment can only be charged to one card. However, you can update the card on file between installments if you’d like different payments to use different cards.
