Payment plans let you pay for tickets over time instead of all at once. You'll make a down payment at checkout, and the remaining balance is automatically charged to your card on scheduled dates.
Heads up: Payment plans are set by the event organizer and aren't available for all events. If you don't see this option during checkout, it's not available for your purchase.
Selecting a payment plan at checkout
Add your tickets to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Look for a payment plan offer in your order summary.
Click the button to select the payment plan option.
Review the payment schedule to see when each installment is due.
Complete your purchase.
Your first payment processes immediately. Future installments will be charged automatically on the scheduled due dates using the card on file.
Managing your payment method
You can update the card used for future installments at any time. Visit How to Update Your Payment Method for instructions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add a payment plan to an order I already completed?
No. Payment plans must be selected during checkout. Once you complete your purchase, you can't change your payment method to a payment plan.
When will my card be charged for each installment?
Your card will be charged automatically by the end of the day on each installment due date. You don't need to take any action.
Will I get my tickets right away?
Yes. You'll receive your tickets immediately after checkout, even though you haven't paid the full balance yet.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment declines, Tixr will automatically retry charging your card:
5 days after the missed payment
10 days after the missed payment
If both retries fail, contact Tixr Support to resolve the issue and process the payment manually.
How will I know if a payment didn't go through?
You'll receive an email notification if a payment is declined. Add Tixr to your safe senders list so these important alerts don't end up in spam.
What happens if I miss multiple payments?
If automatic retries fail and you don't contact support, your tickets may be cancelled. Reach out to Tixr Support immediately if you're having payment issues so we can help keep your order active.
