If you no longer wish to continue with your payment plan, you can cancel it anytime through your Tixr Wallet.
Keep in mind that any payments already made are non-refundable, and canceling a plan doesn’t guarantee a refund.
Heads up: Cancellation policies vary by event organizer. Always review the event’s terms before canceling.
Steps to Cancel Your Payment Plan
Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.
Step 2. Go to your Wallet:
On Web Browser: Click your initials in the upper-right corner, then select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
On Mobile App: Tap Wallet in the bottom menu.
Step 3. Find the event and open your order.
Step 4. Click the Payment Plan button.
Step 5. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and click Cancel Payment Plan.
Step 6. Confirm your cancellation.
Once canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying the cancellation.
Important: Canceling your payment plan does not automatically refund prior payments or guarantee refund of previous payments.
