Canceling your payment plan
Log in to your Tixr account.
Navigate to your Wallet:
On web browser: Click your initials in the upper-right corner, then select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
On mobile app: Tap Wallet in the bottom menu.
Find the event and open your order.
Click the Payment Plan button.
Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and click Cancel Payment Plan.
Confirm your cancellation.
Once canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email verifying the cancellation.

Can I get a refund for payments I've already made?
