Not sure how your tickets will be delivered or what to expect at entry? Each event Each event organizer chooses the delivery method for their tickets. Some tickets display a QR code for scanning, while others use contactless or name-based check-in.
Knowing your delivery method helps you understand how to access your tickets and what to show when you arrive.
Important: Tixr cannot change or override an event's chosen delivery method, as these settings are controlled by the organizer. If you have questions or need special accommodations, reach out to the organizer directly.
Finding your ticket delivery method
Find your delivery method in your order confirmation email, or log in to your Tixr account.
Go to your Wallet:
On web: Click your initials in the upper-right corner and select Wallet from the menu.
On mobile app: Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation bar.
Select the event and open your order.
Click Order Details and scroll down to view each ticket and its delivery method.
Heads up: Tickets in the same order may have different delivery methods depending on how the event organizer set up the event.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose my ticket delivery method? The event organizer selects the delivery method for their event. Tixr cannot change this setting. If you need a different delivery method or have accessibility concerns, contact the organizer directly.
My tickets haven't arrived yet. Where are they? If your delivery method is Delayed Delivery, check the expected release date shown in your Wallet under Delivery Details. For Shipping, review your event page and confirmation email for estimated delivery timelines, which are managed by the organizer.
Can I use a screenshot of my QR code ticket? Screenshots will not work for tickets with Electronic - Digital Code Only or Delayed Delivery. The QR code refreshes automatically for security. You must access your ticket directly from your Tixr Wallet at check-in.
My delivery method says "No Delivery." How do I get in? Your ticket is valid, but it uses an alternate check-in method managed outside of Tixr. Check your event page or confirmation email for specific entry instructions, or contact the event organizer for details.
I need to change my shipping address. How do I update it? Update your address as early as possible. Shipping timelines are managed by the event organizer, so contact them directly if your tickets have already been shipped or if you need to confirm delivery details.
