You can view your tickets anytime from your Tixr account. Once you’re logged in, you’ll find all active and past event orders in your Wallet.
Viewing tickets on a web browser
Go to tixr.com and log in to your Tixr account.
Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Wallet from the menu.
Find the event you want to view and click it.
Select your order, then click a specific ticket to display its QR code (if applicable) for entry.
Viewing tickets in the Tixr app
Open the Tixr app and log in.
Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation bar.
Select the event to see your orders.
Tap the order to open it, then select a ticket to view its QR code (if applicable).
Tip: If you have multiple orders or tickets, swipe through them to find the right one.
If your tickets are missing:
Check your login email. Make sure you're signed in with the same email address used to purchase your tickets.
Payment plans. Tickets from a payment plan appear only after all installments have been paid.
Transfers. If someone transferred tickets to you, check your email for the transfer invite and accept it before tickets appear in your account.
Guest checkout or different account. If you checked out as a guest or used a different email, search your inbox for your Tixr order confirmation email.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my tickets appear in my Wallet?
Tickets appear immediately after purchase for most orders. If you're on a payment plan, tickets become available only after your final installment is paid. Transferred tickets appear after you accept the transfer invitation sent to your email.
Can I access my tickets without internet?
Open your tickets once while online, and they'll remain accessible in the Tixr app without internet. Web browser access requires an active connection.
Why don't my tickets have a QR code?
Some events use contactless entry (NFC) or name-based check-in instead of QR codes. Check your ticket details to see which entry method applies to your event.
Where are my guest checkout tickets?
Guest checkout tickets don't appear in a Tixr account. Check your email for your order confirmation, which includes a link to view your tickets. You can also create a Tixr account using the same email address to access those tickets in your Wallet.
Can I view tickets for other people in my order?
If you purchased multiple tickets in a single order, you can view all of them from your Wallet. You can also transfer individual tickets to other attendees if the event organizer allows transfers.
What ticket delivery methods does Tixr support?
