How To Update Your Shipping Address

Learn how to update the shipping address on your Tixr order before tickets are shipped.

Updated over 2 months ago

If your event uses shipped tickets and shipping hasn’t started yet, you can easily update your shipping address directly from your Tixr Wallet.

Heads up: Once shipping begins, your address can’t be changed. Make sure to update it before the event’s cutoff date.

Steps to Update Your Shipping Address

Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.

Step 2. Access your Wallet:

  • On Web Browser: Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Wallet from the dropdown menu.

  • On Mobile App: Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 3. Find the event tied to your order and click Order Details.

Step 4. Under Shipping Address, click Edit.

Step 5. Enter your new address and save your changes.

Important: Once ticket shipping begins, the shipping address becomes locked for that order.

Having Trouble Updating Your Shipping Address?

  • Check if shipping has already started. Once shipping begins, updates are no longer allowed.

  • Make sure you’re viewing the correct event order in your Wallet.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I change the shipping address on a single ticket?

Orders are kept grouped as a single shipment, which means they cannot be split up and shipped to multiple destinations. If you need items sent to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination.

  2. How many times can I change the shipping address for my order?

You can update the shipping address on your order as many times as needed before the cutoff date.

  3. My unit number isn’t displayed on my confirmation, but when I go to update the shipping address, it’s already listed there. Will my tickets go to the right place?

Yes, your tickets will go to the right place! As long as you submitted it, including the extended address, and it’s visible where you edit your shipping information, we have the complete address stored.
