You can view detailed receipts for all your past Tixr purchases directly from your Wallet. Each receipt includes your order details, payment method, and total amount charged.
Steps to View Your Receipts
Step 1. Log in to your Tixr account.
Step 2. Click your initials in the top-right corner.
Step 3. Select Wallet from the dropdown menu.
Step 4. Find and select the event linked to your purchase.
Step 5. Click View Order to open your detailed order information and purchase receipt.
Note: If you have multiple orders for the same event, scroll through your Wallet to locate the correct one.

Make sure you’re logged into the correct Tixr account associated with your purchase.
If you still can’t find your receipt, search your email inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation email from Tixr - it includes a copy of your order details.
