Every Tixr purchase comes with a receipt that includes your order details, payment method, and total amount charged. You can access your receipt in two ways: through your Tixr Wallet if you have an account, or via the confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase.
Viewing receipts in your Wallet
If you created a Tixr account or were logged in when you made your purchase:
Log in to your Tixr account
Click your initials in the top-right corner
Select Wallet from the dropdown menu
Find and select the event linked to your purchase
Click View Order to open your detailed order information and receipt
Heads up: If you have multiple orders for the same event, scroll through your Wallet to locate the correct one.
Finding your confirmation email
Every purchase, whether you have an account or not, generates a confirmation email with your full receipt:
Search your email inbox for messages from Tixr or [email protected]
Look for a subject line like "Your [Event Name] Order Confirmation"
Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your main inbox
The email includes your complete order details, receipt, and ticket delivery information
Tip: Add the confirmation email to your favorites or flag it so you can find it easily when you need to reference your order
Troubleshooting missing receipts
Can't find your receipt in your Wallet?
Make sure you're logged into the correct Tixr account. If you have multiple email addresses or social login methods (Google, Facebook, Apple), try logging in with each one to see where your purchase is located.
Checked out as a guest?
Guest purchases don't appear in a Tixr Wallet since they're not linked to an account. Your receipt is only available via the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
No confirmation email?
First, check your spam or junk folder, sometimes email filters catch automated messages. If you still don't see it, verify you're checking the correct email address. The confirmation is sent to the email you entered during checkout, which may be different from your usual email.
Used the wrong email address at checkout?
Contact the event organizer through their event page or reach out to Tixr support with your order details (name, purchase date, payment method) so they can help locate your receipt.
Frequently Asked Questions
What information is included on my receipt?
Your receipt shows the event name, order date and time, ticket quantity and type, itemized pricing, fees, payment method used, and total amount charged. If you purchased add-ons or merchandise, those items appear as separate line items.
Can I download or print my receipt?
You can view your receipt online through your Wallet or email. To save or print it, use your browser's print function or take a screenshot of the order details. Your confirmation email can also be saved or forwarded as needed.
How long are receipts available?
Receipts in your Wallet remain accessible indefinitely as long as your Tixr account is active. Confirmation emails stay in your inbox according to your email provider's retention settings, so consider saving important receipts to a dedicated folder.
