Your Order Protection confirmation email includes the links you’ll need to file a claim or cancel your policy, so keeping it handy is important.
Steps to Recover Your Order Protection Email
Step 1. Go to requestmyrefund.com/fanshield/certificate.
Step 2. Enter the email address you used when purchasing your tickets.
Step 3. Follow the prompts to request a new copy of your Order Protection confirmation email.
